Climate : The year 2001 is a year known for its climatic variations, beginning with a rainy and cool spring followed by a summer in full bloom in June. Nose : Aromas of prune, dried apricot, milk cream and brioches, all enhanced by hints of cinnamon.
Palate : A soft and gourmand expression revealing nuances of white fruits and cocoa.

Color : Pronounced amber with copper highlights
Nose : Gourmet aromas of gingerbread, candied fruit, almond, nutmeg and licorice. A finish punctuated with spices including black pepper.
Palate : A complex and expressive expression enhanced with touches of candied fruit, finishing with spices.
