Single varietal box 2010 - Box of 3 x 20cl
In November 2023, Château de Lacquy is launching a box bringing together a single varietal offering of the three varieties it cultivates: Folle blanche, Baco and Colombard, in the 2010 vintage.
From the vineyard to bottling, through the harvest, vinification (conservation of the free-run juice and the first press juice only, cold vinification), distillation in our traditional Armagnac still dating from 1939 heated over a fire. wood, then aging in Gascon oak barrels made by Gilles Bartholomo a few kilometers from the property, each of the elements influencing the final product has been carefully treated identically. And yet, these grape varieties give, on this unique site, very distinct profiles, which is an opportunity for the neophyte consumer or the enlightened amateur to discover or rediscover the richness and diversity of the Armagnac appellation in general and the armagnacs from Château de Lacquy in particular.

2010
2010 began with cold weather conditions followed by a period of drought. However, April marked a turning point with summer-like temperatures, encouraging bud break. The first two weeks of June, characterized by cold and humidity, slightly affected flowering. Nevertheless, the end of June saw an improvement, and the hot, dry summer definitively settled in, leading to a high-quality harvest.
