Climate : The year 2005 experienced complex climatic conditions for the production of Armagnac. The year begins with a drought followed by the arrival of rain in May. However, a very hot and heavy summer brings a balance allowing you to have a unique vine. With an alcohol content at bottling of 48% vol. alc.
Grape variety : Colombard 60% Folle blanche 40%
Color : Golden amber, limpid and brilliant.
Nose : Intense with spices and toasted nuts.
Palate : A long expression with touches of crème brûlée, black pepper, candied orange or even dates and apricots.
