Climate : In 1978, the cold prevailed from March to November; flowering, late and slow, is marked by significant coulure. A persistent drought then sets in between August and November. These climatic conditions lead to very late harvests in December and particularly low yields. With an alcohol content at bottling of 43% vol. alc.
Grape variety : 100% Baco
Color : A dark golden orange and shiny shade.
Nose : A finesse, with subtle aromas of spices with a dominant pepperiness.
Palate : Long and on the palate accompanied by notes of toasted almonds and cocoa on the finish.
