Description
Weather conditions:
With its rather cold spring and cool summer in July, and cool grey and wet in August did not bode well for a great vintage… But fortunately, the exceptional month of September, warm, dry and sunny, and then the month of October in the same vein, saved beyond expectations this harvest which turned out to be of a very good quality.
Alcohol content at bottling:
49,5°
Date of distillation:
November 2014
Grape varieties:
Baco 100%
Tasting notes:
Golden colour with mahogany reflections.
Warm nose with sweet notes of salty butter caramel, spices (cinnamon), heady flowers, and fruit compote (peach, fresh plum).
The mouth is sweet and also very greedy, pastry-like, reminiscent of butter shortbread and white chocolate, and supported by a beautiful alcohol structure.
