Description
Weather conditions:
The year 2008 began with temperatures that were warmer than normal, and the vegetative period then started under a cool and humid weather, until a rather hot May month which then was followed by a new cooling from June to September. Fortunately, the end of September and the month of October saw a nice late season, favorable to the ripening of the grapes. A vintage of a beautiful acidity in the end, and a perfectly correct maturity.
Alcohol content at bottling:
49°
Date of distillation:
November 2008

A beautiful and very floral nose evoking rose, jasmine, wildflowers, with some discrete notes of vanilla, white pepper and a hint of nutmeg.
The mouth is very elegant and of a beautiful length, on flowers and a slight touch of grapefruit.
