Weather conditions:
After a rainy and mild spring, the vine was quickly calmed by a cold and rainy month. The sunny and warm summer settled in June-July with sometimes stormy passages favoring late blight. The harvest of the Folles Blanches began in September and followed in October, giving wines low in alcohol with perfect acidity.

Color: golden amber, limpid and brilliant.
Nose: rich and intense, with great finesse, subtle perfumes of white flowers and candied berries.
Palate: very expressive, very spicy and sweet, with touches of vanilla cream and complex aromas of spices, cinamon and citrus. A mellow spirit with a long finish.
