Relatively dry year overall with peaks of rainfall in May and August. A sunny and warm summer with big heat out of season in September until the harvest that took place at the end of September and until mid-October, giving relatively high alcohol wines but complex and with perfect levels of acidity .
Alcohol content at bottling:

Baco 70% Folle Blanche 30%
Color: golden amber, limpid and brilliant.
Nose: rich and intense, of great finesse, aromas of spices and toasted nuts.
Palate: very expressive with touches of crème brûlée, black pepper, candied oranges, dates, candied apricots. Soft, wonderfully long brandy.
“Lifted and very expressive with grape and herb notes. Very spicy like a visit to a traditional barber shop. Entertaining and complex but a little unusual with the spicy herb and candied citrus notes.” (IWSC 2020)
