Alcohol content at bottling:
47 °
Date of distillation:
November 2001
Grape varieties:
100% Baco
Tasting notes:
Color: pronounced amber, with coppery reflections.
Melted nose of prune, dried apricot, milk cream and brioche, with hints of cinnamon.
The palate is very sweet and greedy, creamy, reminiscent of white fruit compote, with notes of cocoa. A very complex and ample Armagnac.
“Beautiful nose of vanilla scented toasted French oak, dried red plum, golden raisin, and candied lemon zest. On tasting, this is a rich brandy with chewy barrel influence that starts out a bit rustic but evolves to an elegant finish of dried fruits.” (Ultimate Spirit Challenge 2021)
