Description
Weather conditions:
After a mild and rainy winter, the budding of the vines is very advanced, and the vines escape frost in May. June is hot and dry, then a heat wave sets in in July and August. The vines do not suffer from drought due to their very deep roots, but stress makes maturity complicated. The rain returns in September and the harvest begins at the end of September ahead of the usual dates.
